The LIFT business-led solution was established as a direct response to opportunities identified through engagement with young people, parents, whānau, communities, service providers and employers in Hawke’s Bay. All LIFT services have been designed and delivered by local rangatahi who continue to inform its delivery through input on the services. Their aim is it connect rangatahi and their whanau with local employers to secure employment.
