National Iwi Chairs Forum (ICF) is a platform for sharing knowledge and information between the tangata whenua of Aotearoa, to enable Māori aspiration in the spheres of cultural, social, economic, and political development.

In 2010 the National Iwi Chair Forum approved a working group to engage with tangata whenua to develop a model constitution, and a shared vision for Aotearoa/New Zealand.
